Client Services Executive

We are looking for passionate patient-centric candidates to:
- cover front desk & general admin.
- receive and register
patients and settle them after treatments. - collect payment, dispense
products / medication / booking of next appointment. - attend to patients'
requests and queries regarding appointments, medication, products, and services
via phone calls, SMS / what's app/emails. - handle end-day closing
/ settlement. - take minutes during
meetings. - assist with inventory
management and other organizational tasks. - assist other support team members when needed.
- perform assigned housekeeping duties within the
Clinic and the Medspa - other ad-hoc duties assigned by the managers.
- Minimum GCE A Level /
Diploma / Graduate Diploma Holder with at least 2 years' working experience - Prior experience at
frontline or service environment will be advantageous - Customer-centric with
strong interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills - Must have proficient
computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Hardworking and able
to work both independently as well as a team player
- Flexible hours available
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role
- Expected start date for role: 01 June 2024
- Expected salary: $2,400 per month
