do:Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of businessProvide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goalsOwnership in team P&LHow you will do it:Support in pre-sales scoping, deliverables and cost effectiveness with sales, procurement and control managerDrive and monitor Fulfillment 5 (cost, cash, schedule, quality EHS) cadence in teamDevelop project management plan in planning, monitoring and execution and handover phases inclusive of resources and cashflow planningconfiguration, system cabling routing plan/drawing and programming of devices in accordance with the project requirementFull project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one or more initiatives simultaneouslyReport on project success criteria results, metrics, testing, and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellenceParticipate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships that facilitate project successPrepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the projectProcure and manage adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframesManage the day-to-day project activities and resourcesMonitor staff performance and complete performance reviewsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks, and issuesUnderstand interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needsManage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolutionAssist in dispute, negotiation, arbitration, or litigation, as neededSupport formal/informal schedules to manage the engagement contractDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnelCoach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program teamEffectively communicate with superiors, team members, clients, and other stakeholdersContinue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practicesLead BMS projects in SingaporeConduct regular project operation review with ops engineers to monitor, track and update projects status, task (Do-say ratio)In charge of team's PH project projects as a team leaderOwnership in team P&LSupport in pre-sales scoping, deliverables and cost effectiveness with sales, procurement and control managerLead and Work and Prepare submission of engineering submittals including systemDevelop project management plan in planning, monitoring and execution and handover phases inclusive of resources and cashflow planning configuration, system cabling routing plan/drawing and programming of devices in accordance with the project requirementDefine scope, budget and schedule for operation projectDevelop Cash flow planning & controlDevice activity and resource planningDevelop project budget in consideration with cost optimizationManage and track changes order in project scope, schedule and cost using PM toolsPerform risk management to minimize project risk and report/escalate to Management as needed with appropriate contingence resolutionConduct regular team operation review to monitor & track and update progress, task and project healthManage and lead scope changes for project operationManage resource assignment, work allocation and E&E implementationEnsure OHI of teamEnsure that project deliverables meet customer expectationEnsure and manage good and healthy relationship with client and all stakeholdersDrive High performance attitude to raise project execution effectivenessEnsure for UBR reduction, AR and cash collectionProject contract & specification fundamental know howEnsure projects operation financial KPI is monitor, track, deliverable are met in timely mannerWhat we look for:Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience10+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects5+ years of experience with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various technology methodologies that support that lifecycleIntermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior LeadershipInterpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross- functional environmentDemonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, and identifying prioritiesExperience negotiating vendor contractsExperience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessaryExperience in successfully leading projects and programs on-time, on-schedule. and within budget parametersExperience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performanceExperience influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, sponsors, team
