TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR INEXPERIENCED INDIVIDUALS


As an Inline Skating Coach, you will be required to provide guidance on technique, form, and fitness to help learners achieve their fullest capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver inline skating training for clients of all ages and skill levels.
  • Assistance in gearing up kids and ensure that all safety gears/ helmet are of the correct sizes and in place at all times.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' skills, strengths, and weaknesses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide individualized coaching and feedback to clients to help them develop their skills and reach their goals.
  • Develop and implement training plans that focus on improving technique, form, endurance, and speed.
  • Motivational and encouraging individuals to boost the morality of clients
  • Collaborate with other coaches and support staff to ensure clients receive wellrounded training and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of athletes' progress, performance, and training plans.
  • Attend competitions, events, and meets to provide coaching and support to athletes.

Training will be provided:

  • Substantial knowledge of inline skating techniques, equipment, and safety protocols preferred.
  • Commendable communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to work adaptively with a team.
  • Susceptible to critical feedback and improvisation.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 5-14 per week

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
