  • Preparing food, stocks and soups for lunch and dinner
  • Ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards within the company guidelines
  • Assist Stationincharge in cook sections:
  • Preparing lunch and dinner dishes
  • Ensure dishes look appealing and appetising
  • Ensuring that there is no crosscontamination of foods
  • Responsible for cleaning the kitchen after dinner
Report any defects in machinery and equipment to the Kitchen Manager
