Job Description:
Main Tasks:
- To support the sales team with customer enquiries, and daily sales operations
- To participate in sales data collection and report analysis (monthly Customer Reports, quality Reports, etc.)
- To support on pricing management
- To assist in planning and hosting of marketing events
- To support design and creation of marketing communication materials
- To collaborate with cross departments for communication and logistic topics
- To be involved in a diverse range of projects with different stakeholders to support and drive sales
May also include:
- Collaborating with 3rd party agencies for social media campaigns
- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors for various tasks
- Supporting functions of regional teams for problem solving
Qualifications:
- Able to work full time for a period of 6 months
- Positive & proactive work ethic with good learning attitude and skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, would be useful
- Have experience in creating reports and comfortable with datahandling
- Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
- Ability to speak and communicate in fluent English
- Able to multitask and work independently with high level of responsibility to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Able to work in a multinational and cultural diversified environment
- Undergraduate Studies: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science.
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do fulltime internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective, but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
