Work Schedule: 5-day work week from 10am to 8pm
Location: Peoples' Park Centre (Chinatown)
Salary Range: $4000 - $5000 + Commission + AWS

Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience
- Experience in staff management
- Comprehensive understanding of retail pharmacy and industry trends to achieve sales targets
- Hold a Pharmaceutical degree and be a registered pharmacist in Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the store in meeting sales objectives
- Ensure effective implementation of planograms and pricing adjustments
- Manage store promotions and layout changes during campaigns
- Organize daily workflow for timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the store
- Contribute to sales and customer service operations by welcoming customers, providing assistance, and handling transactions; collaborate with sales representatives for promotional activities beyond the dispensing area
- Perform administrative tasks such as inventory management, order verification, billing, and inspections; oversee product orders and store supplies
- Facilitate the training of new sales staff to enhance their performance; monitor team achievements
