Job Description:


The Sales Trainee position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the sales industry while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

The role will provide successful applicants with a unique learning experience while they support the sales team in achieving the company's goals.


Primary responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, product lines, and promotions
  • Develop effective relationships with customers by displaying a positive attitude and demonstrating an understanding of their requirements
  • Preparing proposals for project tender
  • Analyzing customer needs to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements
  • Preparing quotations for customers promptly
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, finance, logistics, etc., to ensure efficient execution of sales activities
  • Assisting in warehouse works such as stock control, packaging deliveries, pickingup goods from suppliers etc.
  • Handle transportation/delivery bookings, warehouse works and preparing delivery schedules
  • Working with 3rd party courier services to ensure ontime deliveries
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally and providing prompt solutions when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records, including sales activities, documents, financial data etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Positive attitude and a passion for customer service
  • Good communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Motivated selfstarter who can work independently or as part of a team
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations.
