Administrative Support:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to sales inquiries and customer interactions.

Sales Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Maintain and update sales and customer databases.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, contracts, and invoices.

Customer Interaction:

- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating them to the appropriate team members when necessary.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for review by the sales manager and senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and other departments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Support Sales Strategies:

- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input to improve sales processes and performance.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
