Resolving problems regarding transportation, imports and exports and customer issues. Developing risk management strategies. **Duties & Responsbilities

  • Manage activities of the event operations
  • Daily planning and controlling of manpower, material, equipment and warehouse space
  • Supervise and manage a team of warehouse personnel
  • Inspect and ensure all goods are in proper condition and correct order/ specification prior to receiving
  • Liaise with delivery companies for location and time of delivery
  • Liaise with subcon on proper document to prepare before deliver
  • Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in company's ERP system
  • Responsible for proper storage of materials
  • Perform monthly stock take
  • Keeping records of all serviceable, testing, calibration items and ensure all are valid.
  • Ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse
  • Demonstrate Professional Behavior at WorkAble to work under a stress environment
Able to work in fast pace environment

  • Ensure all suppliers DO and store DO is updated into the system before account closing.
  • Other ad hoc warehouse / logistics related duties as assigned.
  • Able to handle heave load goods.
