Primary Job Responsibilities

1. Team Management

  • Manage and ensure Cplus Project and BAU - EUC Teams does meet a minimum expectation support standard.
  • Train and guiding EUC Team on their job scope and knowledge transfer
  • Manage Team Staff Movement Plan, Duty Roster, and Leave Forecast
  • Taking ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems assigned to EUC Team members

2. Incident Management

  • Log all incidents (either via phone or email) into the Incident Management System and handle all incidents within the SLA.
  • Follow through all the necessary escalation from L1 to L2 and/or 3rd Party, hardware vendor and also to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all the information entered into the Incident Management System are accurate and complete to facilitate the generation of monthly report for Management review else immediate rectification to be done upon seeking supervisor approval.

3. Asset Management

  • Ensure new PCs and IT peripherals deployed are in working conditions else rectification to be done.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the asset information such as all are tagged and recorded into the asset database accompanied by necessary form duly signed.
  • Report any discrepancy of data to supervisor / manager and perform the necessary rectification as per supervisor instruction.

4. Desktop Software / Patch Management

  • Assist in the testing and rollout of the software / patches to all PCs.
  • Provide daily / weekly / monthly update on the progress to the supervisor.

5. Job Request

  • Understand the user's requirement, provide recommendation and solution to the user within SLA.
  • Provide immediate update on the status of the request assigned.
  • Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.

6. Manage VIP/Executive support

7. After office hour support and standby

8. Adhoc IT project management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 1 year of experience as a team lead or supervisor (managing a team of about 5 to 15 personnel).
  • Proficient in Info-comm and Technology products (including Windows 7/10/11, Office 365 and Anti-virus products).
  • Experience of Domain environment & MS Exchange
  • Familiarity with audio-visual and collaborative meta-tools & technology desired.
  • Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent customer management skill
  • Strong leadership, people management, vendor management, incident and problem management, well organized person with excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment quickly (including handling work pressure well).
  • Able to motivate and groom the team to deliver and meet the SLAs on a consistent basis
