Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
  • Position Title: Telemarketer / Sales Coordinator
  • Working Location: Pioneer
  • Working Hours: 5 working days (Mon to Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products or services.
  • Answer questions and address objections to persuade prospects of the value of the company's offerings.
  • Gather and record customer information for appointment setting and future follow-up.
  • Document the outcome of calls, including sales made or interest declined, in a detailed manner.
  • Arrange meetings for sales representatives with interested clients.
  • Perform market surveys over the phone to collect data that can influence sales strategies.
  • Stay informed about the company's products, services, and ongoing promotions to communicate effectively to potential clients.
  • Meet or exceed targets for call volumes and sales.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
