Responsibilities

Branding

  • Manage online branding and communication campaigns.
  • Use of data analytics tools to monitor and evaluate outcomes of online campaigns and engagement.
  • Work with Graphic Design Team to create visual concepts and develop design layout for marketing collaterals.
  • Involved in video production projects including schedules, storyboards, resources, talents, logístical needs and editing.
  • Provide counsel to departments on branding elements, communication, and public messaging so as to uphold the brand image of the organization.

Public Communications

  • Build online communities to raise awareness and profile of our brand through user engagement on social media platforms.
  • Webmaster with responsibility for ensuring mobile responsiveness and usability of corporate website as well as online content creation and curation.
  • Work with Graphic Design Team to develop communication materials to support engagement with consumers.
  • Support in the execution of companywide and engagement events.
  • Provide support in handling crisis communications online.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support in monitoring online and social media coverage and collate clippings of online media articles relevant to the Company.
  • Provide secretariat support for department meetings.

Requirement

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing or any other relevant fields.
  • At least two years of working experience in marketing communications or fields related to digital marketing.
  • Understanding of brand and marketing mix and experienced in event management.
  • Basic knowledge of Sharepoint, JavaScript, HTML source code for page editing and setting and content management system (CMS) preferred.
  • Understanding of responsive web design and web development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and usage of design programmes including Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, for content creation and simple artwork, will be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics for social and website traffic performance report will be useful.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful online branding campaigns independently.
  • Ability to manage projects in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resourceful and committed team player who is able to multitask when working under pressure and against tight timelines
