Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a Youth Development Enthusiast who can support in all new business ventures and endeavors locally.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Training delivery of training programmes
• Human Resource Development for Training Associates
• Ensure training administration and training operation matters are in order, including but not limited to
• Scheduling of trainers/facilitators
• Compilation of training reports and evaluation forms
• Preparation of training logistics/materials for training
• Packing and maintaining of logistics inventory in warehouse
• Development of curriculum for training programmes wherever necessary
• Social Media engagement

Requirements:

• Energetic, friendly, able to relate to youths and passionate about youth development
• A willingness to learn and try new things
• Ability to manage a class, teach and facilitate learning
• Possess relevant experience and knowledge of Singapore's education landscape is a bonus (e.g. MOE education system, CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services)
• Prior experience with youth preferred

Salary:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
