  • Daily clearance for incoming cheques.
  • Daily clearance for Payment Vouchers and Dispatch of refund cheque with supportings.
  • Daily clearance for Bank Transfer receipting.
  • Assist in Monthly Commission Payout of Agency (via Cheque& PayNow). Help to input Payment Vouchers and generate commission template.
  • Dispatch of monthly statements.
  • Filing.
  • Assist in Gix refunds and bank charges for credit card deduction.
  • Scanning and Archiving of documents.

Our Requirements

  • Admin or Accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new charges.
  • Good written, verbal and communication skills.

Work Location:
Raffles Place or East

  • 5 Days work week, 9am
  • 6pm

Pay:
