Roles & Responsibilities

Duration: 01 July 2024 to 30 August 2024

Job Summary:

We are deploying a new device for a shopping mall client's Loyalty program and require tech support personnel stationed on site for 2 months as a quick response team.

Key Responsibilities:

Station and Rove: You will be required to station at designated spots or rove around the mall to assist shops equipped with the device.

Troubleshooting & Escalation: Assist in reporting technical issues to level 2 support.

Requirements:

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.

Mobility: Ability to move around the mall for extended periods.

Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service or promotions is preferred but not mandatory.

Adaptability: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

Training will be provided to familiarize you with the mall layouts, the Device and it's Features, and standard operating procedures.

Uniforms will be provided and must be worn during shifts.
