Collaboration with the Regional E Business Team, technology peers in APAC who execute the campaigns, and the global marketing team.


  • Providing recommendations and developing solutions for complex problems.
  • Building a strong technical knowledge and creating smart ways of executing solutions.
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork skills and proven ability to manage the delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Building strong working relationships within all related business units to enhance resultsoriented business outcomes.
  • Develop strong partnerships with internal customers and 3rd party vendors.
  • Formulate recommendations for tool optimization and develop strategies to implement CRM and Retail solutions.
  • Manage the planning and execution of initiatives to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate across the organization at all levels; market, region, Maisons to proactively identify improvements and fixes to ensure better user experience
  • Engage global and regional stakeholders on decisions, priorities and relevant project information regarding service request, projects and initiatives
  • Work with and support physical retail stores as part of Global roadmap along with Brand Home Expansion

Project Management

  • Responsible for endtoend project management of sales solutions from business case to user adoption and operation, including design and backlog management, agile project implementation and enduser testing/ training
  • Manage project to implement core solutions across APAC entities coordinating business and IT teams in the organization and ensuring expected business value is reached with the solution

Innovation & delivery

  • Deliver multiple projects that deliver innovationincluding releases, apps, R&D streams; identify and deliver quickwins, pilots and proofofconcept solutions with mínimal cost and time
  • Share insights to enable innovation, leverage digital commerce trends adapted to market context
  • Enable business and technology teams to operate and adopt valueadded sales solutions
  • Animate a community of business and technology stakeholders on Digital Sales

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant regional level experiences in managing Consumer & Ebusiness solutions/ processes
  • Expertise with Digital, retail and/or Ebusiness systems, IT strategy development, market solutions, CRM tools and related technology/systems trend
  • Expertise in program management, with ability to manage diverse initiatives simultaneously with cross functional and regional/ global teams
  • Has ability to effectively collaborate with, pitch and influence, high level internal and external stakeholders
  • Has the ability to navigate and overcome organisational complexities, ensuring strategic alignment with multiple parties
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and analytical
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Customerfocused, entrepreneurial, innovative and growth mindset
  • Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
