Looking for an experienced beauty trainer to mentor beauticians and consultants on beauty treatments, retail operations, and customer service.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop treatment protocols
  • Train staff on beauty treatments and sales tactics
  • Research and evaluate suitable beauty products and treatments to bring in to the Company
  • Assess staff skills and performance regularly
  • Attend new machine or product training
  • Be involved in video and demo recordings to be used for marketing and training purposes
  • Recommend suitable promotion strategies for services and products

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of training experience in facial and slimming treatments
  • Possess professional beauty certificates
  • Able to hands on latest Aesthetics & Beauty Machines

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
Up to $35.00 per hour
