Job Title:
Sales and Account Servicing Executive/Manager

Job Summary:


As a Sales and Account Servicing Executive/Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining strong relationships with clients for our event management company.

You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the event planning process.

Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, understanding their event needs, and delivering tailor-made solutions to meet their expectations.


Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue potential clients in target markets to expand the client base.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and coldcalling.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting client relationships to foster repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and tailor proposals to meet their specific needs.

Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and present compelling event proposals that align with the client's objectives and budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.

Contract Negotiation and Closure:

  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring the best interests of both parties are met.
  • Secure signed contracts and process all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Event Coordination:

  • Work closely with the event planning and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery of services as per client expectations.
  • Monitor event progress, address any issues or challenges, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance against targets, and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the event management or related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
