- Upsell and promote products to achieve outlet sales targets.
- Supervise and coordinate food preparations and service.
- Cleaning and maintaining outlets to uphold hygiene standards.
- Maintain and generate monthly reports as required.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Foster a teamworking and friendly atmosphere among staff.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Fast Food concepts.
- Positive work attitude and strong leadership qualities.
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to make sound decisions
- Indepth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Solid understanding of inventory control principles and practices
- Proficient in financial analysis and budgeting
