Sales and Marketing Manager
This position reports to the Director.

In this role, your duties will include assisting in promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to prospective customers, maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities, stay current in the industry by attending tradeshows and maintaining personal and professional networks.


To ensure success as a project assistant, you would need to communicate with relevant parties to keep track of the deadlines and schedules.


Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Implement new sales plans and advertising.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
  • Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
  • Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
  • Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Conduct account maintenance, inquiry calls, outside sales calls, qualification calls
  • Other assignments that will assist the Director in advancing the business.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in hospitality, management or marketing
  • Highly motivated selfstarter with passion for customers, strong teamwork and problemsolving skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service/marketing experience or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving aptitude
  • Able to work shifts
