Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Assist the Sales Manager and actively generate sales leads.
  • Manage the coordination and flow of the company's services or products to clients.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Offer basic IT solutions to clients with support from the technical team or suppliers.
  • Collaborate with distributors and suppliers to compare pricing and propose product solutions.
  • Prepare sales quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Follow up on sales, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of services to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate monthly sales reports.
  • Earn commissions based on performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ideally, at least 1 year of relevant experience; however, candidates with sales-related experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum education level of GCE O-Level, ITE, or Diploma in Info communications, Computing Studies, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
