- Position Title
:Buyer/ Admin Assistant (Purchasing/ Procurement): - Working Location: Changi North
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 am 6 pm
- Salary Package
:Up to $3,000 + Bonus: - Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Procurement in daytoday operations
- Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales
- Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders
- Updating inventory and managing stock levels
- Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
- Understanding the target market and analysing trends in order to make informed buying decisions
- Work with Expeditor on vendors' delivery and submission of supporting documents
- Documentation, Filing and Record Keeping
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
