  • Position Title
    :Buyer/ Admin Assistant (Purchasing/ Procurement):
  • Working Location: Changi North
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15 am 6 pm
  • Salary Package
    :Up to $3,000 + Bonus:
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Procurement in daytoday operations
  • Building relationships with suppliers and negotiating with them for the best price, quantities and delivery timescales
  • Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders
  • Updating inventory and managing stock levels
  • Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Understanding the target market and analysing trends in order to make informed buying decisions
  • Work with Expeditor on vendors' delivery and submission of supporting documents
  • Documentation, Filing and Record Keeping
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
