Group Technology and Operations (T&O) plays a crucial role in enhancing the bank's infrastructure by focusing on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability, and innovation. We oversee a significant portion of the bank's operational processes and strive to provide exceptional service to our business partners through various banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive security projects across the region, collaborating with vendors, stakeholders, business users, and application teams
- Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Stay updated on relevant technology to enhance service delivery
- Identify areas for improvement through process enhancement and automation
- Manage information security processes, standards, and procedures to ensure control effectiveness and service quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper management of cybersecurity risks
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- CISM, CISSP, GIAC, or similar security certification is a plus
- Prior experience in security solution implementation and information security governance
- Strong interest in new system development/evaluation
- In-depth knowledge of information security governance and robust risk management background
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with technical/operational innovations
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (written/verbal)
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently
- Knowledge of emerging risk areas such as remote access, wireless technologies, DLP, and cloud computing
- Experience in web surfing and email security gateway
