Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with industry standardsResponsible for finalizing and validating user stories and acceptance criteria for business requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets business objectives and regulatory requirementsAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, facilitating effective communication and understandingLead the functional implementation of Salesforce, focusing on business process mapping, configuration, and user experience designWork closely with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, conducting workshops and interviews to elicit detailed business needs and use cases, facilitating requirements workshopsConfigure Salesforce to meet functional requirements, including customizations, workflow automation, and UI enhancements, leveraging declarative tools and low-code solutions, such as Flow and Process Builder
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 6-7 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projectsMultiple relevant Salesforce certificationsStrong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniquesProficiency in Salesforce configuration and customizationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPrior experience within the public sector and real estate industry would be advantageous
