• You will be the key person who will make the most difference as you make home visits to provide palliative care and recommend psycho-social support to our terminally ill patients and their families.
• You will be part of the most dedicated, compassionate and caring teams comprising doctors, nurses and medical social workers providing an all-in-one professional care to patients at home at all hours, seven days a week.
Job Requirements: Min VALID SNB BCLS w min 3 yrs inpatient experience in renal/palliative/gerontology ward/A&E or similar
