TEAMLEAD / SUPERVISORY

Conducting periodic account closing operations

Prepare monthly payroll, including CPF submission, ad-hoc claim to government authority

Prepare management accounts, statutory accounts, expense disbursements, GST and year-end remuneration returns

Preparation full set of accounts - months, quarterly, financial year end closing, aging of AR/AP/fixed assets, note to accounts and all related accounting schedules

On time submission of the reporting and payment process deliverables to clients or BU stakeholders

Training and coaching junior staff and new joiners

Liaise with internal parties regarding tax, finance, corporate secretarial matters

Requirement

Degree in Accountancy or business related discipline / professional qualification.

Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in outsourcing environment

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, accounting software

Upto date with technical and accounting standard of SFRS and IFRS

Good knowledge of international accounting practices, tax experience

9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri), 14 days upto 18 days annual leaves

Salary upto $5,000/month
