  • Lead interior design projects with a focus on hospitality sectors such as luxury hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into innovative design solutions.
  • Manage all phases of the design process from initial concept development through to completion, including space planning, material selection, and specification.
  • Supervise project teams, providing guidance and direction to junior designers to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution within budget and timelines.
  • Prepare highquality visual presentations for clients using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in interior design to incorporate into projects where appropriate.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in interior design with a strong portfolio in hospitality projects (Luxury Hotel, F+B).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
