  • What we're looking for:Detailed design of analog/mixed signal/RF circuits, including design capture, layout, test, evaluation and debugging of prototype ICs and design support for mass production

Skills you'll need:

  • Performs analog/mixedsignal architect, design and layout, simulation for the blocklevel specifications.
  • Supports RF design and layout, simulation for the blocklevel specifications.
  • Be good in lab testing, characterization and troubleshooting.
  • Develops the innovative new design for patenting or protecting as trade secret.
  • Provides the guidance to the layout designers for sensitive custom layouts.
  • Supports the product definition, the test program development and the manufacturing/production/customer needs.
  • Does the technical sharing.
  • Be a good team player to work well with internal and external partners.

Education and/or Experience:

  • A technologyrelated Master's degree or a bachelor's degree in equivalent training with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience required.
  • Experience in CMOS analog/mixedsignal designs, e.g. BG, LDO, ADC, DAC, PLL, OSC, TX, RX.
  • Knowledge in ESD and Latchup.
  • Knowledge in behavior modeling VerilogA & VerilogAMS.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
