We are dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the finance and investment industry and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Blockchain Finance Manager to join our team.


Job Description & Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping Chintai secure funding and attract new investment opportunities;
  • Work closely with company's CEO to introduce capital and participate in conferences and other events to promote Chintai and its services;
  • Responsible for expanding presence in the Asia-Pacific market;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends;
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Skills Required:

  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, as well as experience in finance or investment management;
  • Blockchain Industry Knowledge: Preferably, experience in the blockchain industry, and an understanding of the latest trends and developments in digital assets;
  • Market Research & Analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research and data analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends;
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Ability to collaborate with other teams to develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals;

Presentation Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with potential investors, promote Chintai and its services, and participate in conferences and other events;

  • Networking &

Relationship Building:
Proven ability to secure funding, attract new investment opportunities, and expand Chintai's presence in the Asia-Pacific market;

  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to work remotely or at the Singapore location and adapt to changing business environments;
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, economics, or business administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or investment management, preferably in the blockchain industry
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
