Job Scope:

  • Prepare tenders and commercial bids to attract new business.
  • Develop and present project proposals.
  • Meet with clients to determine requirements.
  • Produce project plans and estimate budgets and timescales.
  • Agree on budgets and timelines with clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize business contracts.
  • Ensure contracts align with corporate goals.
  • Resolve contractual issues and manage legal implications.
  • Coordinate with the project team to manage and approve budgets.
  • Deal with unexpected costs and adjust budgets accordingly.
  • Prepare cost budgets, cashflow projections, and handle cost claims.
  • Work with third parties to ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities.
  • Liaise with technical, financial staff, subcontractors, legal teams, and client representatives.
  • Attend site meetings to monitor project progress.
  • Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors (QS).
  • Train and supervise other contract professionals.
  • Ensure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
  • Prepare and evaluate tenders and subcontracts.
  • Ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Certify contract administration for variations and final accounts.
  • Prepare reports on contract status for management.
  • Conduct postmortems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a contract management system database.

Job Scope:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
  • Good experience in tender & project management
  • Good knowledge with experience in managing project's contract
