- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Invoice preparation and followup, financial statement reconciliation
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Responsible for management and budgeting of cash flows
- Review effectiveness of iternal controls with respect cycle
- Updating of cashbook and timely posting to the General Ledger
- Assist in the monthly closing of accounts including preparation of accounting journals and quaterly GST filing
- Handle general office administration matters
- Assist in other adhoc projects as requred
- Able to start immediately is preferred
- Minimun 3 years experience in accounting
