The Haulier Admin is responsible for supporting the execution of general traffic management operations and activities. These include coordinating with customers, managing documentation and receiving and communicating schedules for traffic. Stable and systematic, he/she is also responsible for the safe and efficient operation of material-handling equipment and transportation. He/she is expected to work with internal and external stakeholders for job accomplishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing traffic data entries and related functions for internal traffic management system
  • Coordinating with customers and internally for trafficrelated matters
  • Ensuring all paperwork, system and filling is completed on time and accurately
  • Planning and following up on orders to ensure ontime deliveries
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records of jobs
  • Generating accurate billing invoices and related reports as per the required dateline
  • Attending to customer enquiries and ensuring all requests and issues are resolved
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • At least a graduate of a diploma program in any discipline
  • Some experience in the freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics industry
  • Experience in the logistics environment for 1 to 2 years
