This temporary position provides support to the Financial Management Office for a period of four (4) months.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performs the full range of Voucher Examiner's duties and processes payment vouchers for all agencies at Post.
  • Audits, examines and processes all types of vouchers, both routine and complex, ensuring that USG laws and regulations are complied with, obligations are sufficient to fund vouchers.
  • Maintains voucher records management and responds to various data calls.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of at least two years of full time postsecondary study at college or university in administration, business, accounting, finance, management, or law, AND at least 3 years of responsible working experience in processing invoice and voucher payment, including customer billings troubleshooting is required;
    OR:
  • Successful completion of secondary school education, AND at least 5 years of responsible working experience in processing invoice and voucher payment, including customer billings troubleshooting is required.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Must be competent in MS Office software programs (especially Excel).
