Requirement:

  • Proven excellent customer service skills in managing premium customers
  • Solid experience (5+ years of experience) in admin work, customer service is highly preferred, with 35 years of flight attendantrelated experience (which in serving business/ first class or private jet is preferred)
  • Great hospitality mindset, customer and peopleoriented, tactful, good at communicating and collaborating with people of different personalities
  • Native/fluent in Mandarin & English speaking and writing are essential to serve Chinese customers
  • Strong cultural awareness with good understanding of Chinese culture
  • Organized, calm, multitasking and also pay great attention to details
  • Flexible and work well in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
  • Value team work and collaborative working styles
  • Private jet working experience is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Immediate available will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:
For Flight Attendant

  • Provide the highest level of hospitality and customer service to the owner and the guests on private jet
  • Coordinates preflight activities to ensure the proper maintenance status of the emergency equipment, cleanliness of the cabin, stocking of the aircraft and proper catering orders onboard.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and ground duties as business requires
For Admin & Event support

  • Administrative, event and hospitality support for the owner during ground time
  • Provide full support in company events and activities including greeting guests, guest registration, contacting chefs and preparing menu for hospitality and handling procurement requests.
  • Provide clerical support as business required
  • Perform other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
