What's the role?_

Your primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • As custodian of the Yokogawa DCIS, SIS and FGS, providing technical support and solutions for SLNG Terminal for safe and reliable operations
  • System risk assessment, design, installation/configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting system issues, providing solutions to problems relevant to process control systems and interfaces.
  • Manage vendor contracts including maintenance and parts management contracts
  • Provide technical training as required in the area of expertise
  • Interface with third parties and suppliers of process control systems hardware, software, firmware and services to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations
  • Develop, maintain and update the DCIS, SIS and FGS related maintenance procedures and documentation to ensure up to date as per industry practise, RCA recommendations and MOCs
  • Carry out MOCs projects related to DCIS, SIS and FGS from engineering, construction to commissioning
  • Manage the functional safety lifecycle
  • Manage DCIS, SIS and FGS lifecycle; and planned well ahead to avoid obsolescence
  • Responsible and lead the Terminal Operations' Cyber Security compliance to CCOP issued by CSA, participate in cybersecurity risk assessments, audits and timely closure of risk assessment and audits recommendations
  • Provide operational technical expertise and act as point of contact for DCIS and OT cybersecurity Capex projects
  • Participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility for such purpose.

What You Will Have:

  • Must
    Legal Authorized to work in Singapore without employment/work visa sponsorship requirement.
  • Minimum of three (3) years practical experience in managing Distributed Control System (DCS) and process control networks
  • Strong knowledge in a client/server environment, Microsoft technology (e.g. Windows Domain, Active Directory), Network infrastructure and cybersecurity (e.g. Cisco routers and switches), virtualization technology (e.g. VMware)
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity as per ISO27001 in OT environment and hazardous area classification.
  • Strong experience in functional safety for the Process industry as per IEC6150
  • Extensive experience in dealing with consultants and contractors involved in the Oil & Gas sector, including external agencies, utilities and government organizations.
  • Able to carry out day to day activities with minimum supervision
  • Ability to perform installation, commissioning, MOC, maintenance and troubleshooting of large and complex DCS and SIS system
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity as per ISO27001 in OT environment and ensure compliance per ISO27001 and CCOP.
  • Highly analytical and meticulous.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills to manage external and internal stakeholders and third parties
