Job Overview

Key Duties

  • Handle daily administrative tasks.
  • Organize the office and manage files.
  • Manage phone calls and visitors.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Supervise office supply purchases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Track expenses and perform data entry.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
