Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of Cybersecurity strategies for our clients in Financial Services, spanning areas such as Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth, and Insurance
  • Collaborate with a team to offer cybersecurity services encompassing security program evaluations, governance, metric establishment, benchmarking, process assessments, and compliance evaluations
  • Identify and capitalize on market prospects to drive business growth
  • Conduct, document, and engage actively in client meetings
  • Create intellectual property and other technical materials that demonstrate expertise
  • Architect and incorporate security solutions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of regulatory mandates and compliance challenges affecting clients, including privacy and data security
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, and fostering trust-based partnerships

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting experience in a leadership capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Hold certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CAP
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and decision-making prowess
  • Experience in presenting and pitching ideas to clients and decision-makers across various technical proficiencies
  • Prior exposure to pre-sales, proposal drafting, and responding to RFPs

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity Compliance Regulations in Financial Services
  • Previous involvement in Business Development and Sales activities
  • Proficiency in tools like Python, R, Java, or SAS for data analytics
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and dashboard creation
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Pega
  • Understanding of Workflow and Business Process Management applications like Pega and Appian
