Roles & Responsibilities

We are in search of a highly motivated and innovative Junior Graphic Product Designer. The perfect candidate should have a background in designing display boards for advertising, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and in-store displays. They should be able to understand 3D concepts and apply logical design thinking to create visually appealing and impactful design solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Display Boards and POS Materials: Conceptualize, design, and produce attractive display boards and POS materials for advertising purposes, including posters, banners, signage, and other promotional materials customized for specific marketing campaigns and goals.
  • In-Store Display Design: Develop visually captivating in-store display designs to attract customer attention and boost brand visibility. Create innovative display concepts that effectively showcase products and boost sales in retail settings.
  • Interpret 3D Concepts: Collaborate with product development teams to interpret 3D product designs and transform them into 2D graphics for marketing materials and displays. Ensure that the visuals accurately communicate the product features and benefits to the target audience.
  • Logical Design Thinking: Utilize logical design thinking principles to analyze design issues, identify user requirements, and devise creative solutions. Employ a systematic approach to design to ensure that the final products meet business objectives and user needs effectively.
  • Collaboration: Engage closely with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to comprehend project requirements and goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to generate innovative ideas aligning with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  • Prototype Development: Create prototypes and mockups to visualize design concepts and receive feedback from stakeholders. Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing to refine and improve the final deliverables.
  • Brand Consistency: Uphold brand consistency throughout all design materials, ensuring that visual elements adhere to brand guidelines and standards. Consistently reflect the brand identity and messaging in all marketing and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing display boards, POS materials, or in-store displays is a plus.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Thorough understanding of 3D design principles and the ability to interpret 3D concepts into 2D graphics.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to convey design concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Creative and logical problem-solving skills with a creative approach to design thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
