  • The Manufacturing Systems IT Analyst will work with manufacturing engineering groups to carry out technical, manufacturing process, IT infrastructure assessments and track project milestones, manage issues and risks of all shop floor's computers.
  • He or she will lead local projects to setup product traceability and process routing in our manufacturing systems, conduct simulation or testing before rolling out the solution to the shop floor. He or she will also work on digitalization project, data analysis on shop floor metrics and gives proposalfor shop floor improvement.
  • Administration and support of Factory Information Systems (FIS)
  • Enforcer of the integrity of data that is collected from the manufacturing process
  • Analyze business demands, products quality and traceability requirements of our customers, both internal and external, to provide best possible solution for the shop floor
  • Project Management
  • Provide technical leadership and direction on assigned projects
  • Understand Manufacturing processes, IT processes and work within designated guidelines
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks independently
  • Excellent decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Drive continuous improvement and best use of technology

Requirement

  • Degree in Engineering (Computer science, IT, Automation or related field)
  • Requires specific knowledge of manufacturing, preferably within electronics industry
  • Good IT skills in Database design, Web GUI (HTML, PHP), Unix/Linux, Scripting (TCL) and C programming
  • Good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision; demonstrate initiative and make suggestions for departmental process/procedure improvements
