Key Objective


Reporting to the Head of International Personal Claims, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Your role is critical in coordinating resources and communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet organizational goals and objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects that drive the organization's success.

Your ability to collaborate, lead, and adapt to changing circumstances will be instrumental in achieving project objectives and meeting stakeholder expectations.

In addition, you will provide support on IPL claims initiatives.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and local teams to understand and advise on business processes to define solutions that support and enhance new & emerging enterprise initiatives.


Main Responsibilities

  • Document all project opportunities identified across IPL Claims.
  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Map out customer journey and work processes and present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and resource allocation to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Secure necessary approvals and sign offs before project launch.
  • Coordinate and communicate with crossfunction teams, stakeholders and vendors to facilitate execution.
  • Manage the project in compliance with project timelines, organizational policies and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
  • You will be required to participate in RFPs and present to our potential partners and vendors on our claims journey.
  • Evaluate and assess existing processes and reporting capabilities to identify opportunities to drive digitalization and automation.
  • Analyze claims and data to ensure optimal quality and prepare reporting requirement
  • Map out critical workflows and business processes to realize product/program goals
  • Support and drive implementation and delivery of new initiatives, processes, partnerships and technology.
  • Think outside of the box to support the business in delivering its strategic objectives rather than just responding to a predefined request.

Skills

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a related role with track record of sucessfully managing projects.
  • Excellent time management skills, well organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks to meet required deadlines.
