About the Role

Based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the APAC Ticketing & Merchandising Manager, primarily supporting the attractions to manage the Accesso (ticketing) database and operating system.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

• Identify best package solutions to deliver sales & promotional campaigns
• Liaise with both Accesso & attraction teams to deliver, test and launch new package requests
• Maintain the Accesso database (users, packages, promotions) and ensure system meets all audit requirements
• Maintain the disbursement matrix for Midway Rest of Asia sites which categorises products for the revenue reporting system, TM
• Setup new users, password resets and provide system training where required
• Act as the main contact to liaise with Regional Trade and Digital teams, local finance, and operations teams for any issues and for API/Ingresso setup
• Provide cover for other Accesso Super Users in other attractions as and when required
• Assist in daily and weekly reporting
• Ad hoc analysis as requested
• Support end user reporting and analysis requirements, from finance, marketing, operations, GMs and senior management teams

About You
A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential for any of our roles.

You will also have:

• The ability to build relationships with vendors, business partners and stakeholders
• Great Attention to detail
• Experience in data management with analytical and report writing skills
• Knowledge of Merlin's brands, product offering, and operating processes is highly desirable
• Proficient in written and spoken English and another Southeast Asian language is an advantage
