Job Responsilbilities

  • Sourcing, assessing, and buying mechanical and electronic components from reputable vendors that can fulfil the necessary requirements
  • Bargains with suppliers to obtain improved conditions of delivery, quantity, and price
  • Comparison of the costs and requirements, together with a counterproposal for an alternate approval to the engineers
  • Problem Purchase orders that are based on requests for purchases
completing unfinished business and rushing through necessary materials

  • To fix the DO/Invoice disparity, collaborate with Finance and Store.
  • Work with QC to address quality concerns raised by vendors.
  • Participate in the annual audit ISO 14001 and 9001

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Procurement and Supply Chain related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing industry (OEM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
  • Familiar with using Sum Product/Conditional formatting/Sort/Filter/vlookup/Pivot and formulas
  • Experience in machining/metal stamping parts will be added advantage
