Employ intervention strategies to improve and enhance the development of their communication, cognition, sensory-motor and social skills.
Conduct assessments periodically to evaluate the needs and progress of each student.
Collect and analyse student data and other records for planning and preparation.
Conduct lessons and activities to students as directed by your supervisor.
Work with the various therapists and teachers to support the students' learning processes.
Design and prepare lesson plans for students.
Customise teaching aids, craft materials and worksheets for students.
Prepare and conduct IEP reports and meetings.
Close collaboration with the students' families and other professionals to help each student achieve their personalised development goals.
Conduct sensory integration exercises with the students.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all the students.
Disinfect, clean and pack classrooms and resources and gym after every use.
