Roles & Responsibilities
  • Analyse requests for enhancements/changes and write amendment / program specifications.
  • Understand the interdependencies of the services (application, system and database) and be able to pin-point problem areas accurately to improve overall efficiency.
  • Involved in analysing functional specifications for development, prepare technical documentation, design, code
  • Design and document system design, architecture and propose appropriate technologies and tools required to implement systems; and ensure users sign-off on design specifications.
  • Integrate hardware and software systems and develop specifications and performance requirements.
  • Manage Customer Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Provide level 3 support on applications under responsibilities
  • Liaise with other support teams and help in analysis, debugging and resolution of issues
  • Work with offshore team for week end deployment activities.
  • Comfortable to provide 24/7 on call support during weekday, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with Java and API services
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with spring and microservices framework
  • Working experience with Cloud is a plus
  • Working experience with containers framework
  • Working experience with any test automation tools is a plus
  • Willingness to do 24/7 call support including weekend and public holidays.
