Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Regional Head of HR Southeast Asia in HR strategic and operations matters.
  • Manage and coordinate the endtoend recruitment processes.
  • Run the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Execute payroll processes and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Drive the internal and external training programs and admin.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits plans and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
  • Support and implement strategic HR projects.

Requirements:

  • 47 years of experience in Human Resources; prior HR experience in Private Banking is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in Payroll is considered ideal.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dynamic and driven to work in a fastpaced environment.
