Roles & Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Join the Investments and Asset Management team to help develop and implement investment and asset management strategies for our Data Centre portfolio. Your expertise in the data centre industry and proficiency in financial modeling are crucial for this role. Effective communication skills are a must as you will collaborate with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to meet objectives.

  • Collaborate with SEA portfolio companies for asset management, overseeing existing assets, contributing to new developments, analyzing financial returns, and creating strategic plans.
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure alignment with investment goals.
  • Manage leases for portfolio companies.
  • Conduct due diligence for potential asset acquisitions in partnership with external advisors.
  • Create and present investment memos and presentations for acquisitions.
  • Handle relationships with shareholders and joint venture partners, as well as oversee portfolio teams.
  • Provide regular reports to the board of directors and supervisory committees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends through sector research, analyzing financials, market data, and reports from reputable sources.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data centre asset management.
  • Background in management consultancy is advantageous.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
