POSITION PURPOSE:


Provide a brief description of the overall purpose of the position, why this position exists and how it will contribute in achieving the team's goal.

Processing of Corporate Actions income and events for SG and HK booking centres.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate data entry for processing of all Incomes/Corporate events.
  • Liaise with custodians for clarification on incomes/events.
  • Prepare disclosure letter of shareholder request from companies.
  • Handle queries from RMs/MAs/Custodians on the incomes/events.
  • Pass entries for commission fees collected or update waiver file if fees are waived.
  • Participate in UAT and ad hoc projects

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent control framework
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Act, behave appropriately and comply with the general ethical standards expected by the Bank and relevant Regulatory Authorities, particularly in, but not limited to, proactively protecting and safeguarding the interests of its clients, the integrity of the markets and the Group's reputation.
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and Group's internal Compliance requirements.
  • Complete all necessary Compliance training to maintain appropriate business and compliance level of knowledge and understanding in order to be fully competent to undertake the role
