As a Controls & Instrumentation Engineering Manager, you will oversee and organization supporting the site improvement process of technical services which are integrated in the Manufacturing Performance Units (MPUs).

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of regulatory requirements and Quality Management System (QMS) standards and assess their potential impact on existing systems
  • Create and interact with Local Single Point of Contact (LSPOCs) to participate in Good Audit Practices (GAP) analysis against QMS standards (new or revised)
  • Identify GAP/risks and resources required by the Quality Council to ensure the "In Use" activities
  • Define and manage appropriate action plans and manage he follow up on Master Data's modifications linked to transversal projects
  • Introduce the Local Standard Operating Procedures (LSOP) to the authorities during inspections
  • Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and the sharing of good practices through LSPOC network
  • Identify and disseminate to users, criteria/sensor replacement strategy, the standard lifetime of parts or equipment for the equipment Family (obsolescence plan)
  • Engage with the network of LSPOC calibration and measurement professionals within Manufacturing & Site Performance Units to share and agree on best practices and knowledge management sharing
  • Build capabilities of people involved in calibration & measurement through mentoring and coaching
  • Conduct crossevaluations in field of expertise to check the "In Use" (participate in crossaudits)
  • Define and validate technical content of each troubleshooting request with the different MPU
  • Provide support and follow up on field inspections of all remediation activities, with final accountability for the performance and reliability of the systems
  • Act as expert in the domain of competence on Internal and External Audit, mastering quality systems

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • 5 years of experience in metrology, calibration & measurement technologies & maintenance processes
  • Experience in cGMP environment
  • Experience supporting compliance related to inspections and audits

Preferred Qualifications:
