Fluent in English and Mandarin, you'll be pivotal in bridging cultures, enhancing communication, and leading our crew to deliver unforgettable hotpot experiences.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the charge in our daytoday peppery operations, ensuring our service is as smooth as our broth.
- Be the maestro at the front, coordinating the symphony of ordertaking, serving, and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
- Cultivate Team Excellence: Foster a culture of learning, respect, and enthusiasm. You're not just managing; you're mentoring a team to be their best.
