Your Responsibilities:
- Review broker placements to ensure alignment with professional standards
- Manage assigned client portfolio, including payment reconciliation and client follow-ups
- Execute tasks accurately and promptly, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets
- Utilize system tools for efficient management of technical accounts and services
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical roles within the reinsurance industry, preferably 4 to 6 years in facultative risk processing
- Demonstrated ability to handle workload effectively and manage client/stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate professionally
